Shipping

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

Shipping your wearable art pieces

BossiRainbow uses sturdy, recyclable packaging to ship your wearable art pieces to your preferred address. Please make sure that you enter the correct shipping address and information. If there is an issue with varying your address, we will contact you via email to confirm the details. The shipping address you enter during check out is the address that will be used for the shipping label.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

Delivery Terms

Transit Time Domestically

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 7 days.

Transit time Internationally

Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4 - 22 days. This varies greatly depending on the courier you have selected. We are able to offer a more specific estimate when you are choosing your courier at checkout.

Dispatch Time

Due to our products being handmade, orders are usually dispatched within 14 business days of payment of order. We ship orders Monday - Wednesday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the business will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

Change Of Delivery Address

For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched. Get in touch with your order number to make a change of delivery address request.

Items Out Of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of the order.

Delivery Time Exceeded

If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.

Refunds & Exchanges

Items sold through BossiRainbow LLC are non-refundable. We strive to provide a strong service to our customers and welcome discussions should you find your purchase unsatisfactory. Please contact us for further information.

In most cases, we will only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. Our works are unique and different from another. Thus we cannot guarantee an exact exchange. If you need to exchange a purchase, please contact us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $100 USD, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Returns and Exchanges

Our returns policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned such as jewelry, and clearly worn, used, or damaged items

Cancellations

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been shipped. If an order has already been shipped, please refer to our refund policy.

Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website.

Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and BossiRainbow LLC encourages you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.

If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to BossiRainbow LLC at the customer's expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.

Insurance
