Our Intellectual Property and Ownership of Purchased Creations

We retain our full copyright to all of the creations we make and sell.  This includes the rights to the multimedia of sold & commissioned original creations, such as: artwear, homewear, wearable art, decorative art, functional art, fine art, artist-made materials, and any other expressions of our ideas (herein referred to as “Work/s”).  

When you purchase an original BossiRainbow™ LLC Work you, the Collector or Buyer, have the right to display the Work on your person or property. Works may not be resold, reproduced, or modified in any way.

We retain the right to make reproductions of any or all of our Works unless a Collector or Buyer has purchased an exclusive license to the Work (this is in addition to purchasing the original). A Collector or Buyer may not reproduce our Works in any way.

Contact us if you are interested in purchasing an exclusive license to one of our Works that you have purchased. Some collectors or buyers choose to purchase licenses to reproduce the Work to ensure it remains an exclusive original. We are happy to discuss this possibility with you!

Our Intellectual Property and Ownership of Artist-Made Materials

When you purchase original BossiRainbow™ LLC artist-made materials you, the Collector or Buyer, have the right to use the materials in the creation of your own creative and/or artistic works that are only for personal use. Materials may not be resold, reproduced, or modified in any way.

Contact us if you would like to use our artist-made materials and/or any other materials in your commercial productions and practices. 

We retain the right to make reproductions of any or all of our artist-made materials unless a Collector or Buyer has purchased an exclusive license to the creative work (this is in addition to purchasing the original).

Our Intellectual Property in Media

If any of our Works (inclusive of creations, artist materials, and other expressions) are incorporated or reproduced in any form of media and in any way, we require attribution as follows (including the hyperlink to our full web address):

Where compensation is given, we reserve the right to ask for and acquire the portion of compensation related to the incorporation, display, and/or presentation of our Works.

The multimedia and contents of this website may not be collected or copied for personal nor for commercial use without written permission from BossiRainbow™ LLC. Unless otherwise credited, all multimedia and content on this website is created, owned, and retained by BossiRainbow™ LLC.

We reserve the right to seek legal counsel in the event there is an infringement upon our intellectual property rights and protections.
